Cancellation Policy
•Policy in Place•
I value your business & ask that you please respect my scheduling policies.
An 50% deposit is required to schedule for ALL appointments.
I ask that you provide me with 24 hours notice of cancellation for any appointments.
•The non-refundable 50% deposit fee is used towards appointment service(s).
Rescheduling Appointments MUST be rescheduled 24 hours in advance in order for the current deposit to transfer & can ONLY be transferred ONCE!
•Less than 24 hour notice will require an additional non-refundable 50% deposit fee to rebook.
Late Arrival- 10 minute Grace Period
•If you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your appointment time the appointment is cancelled.
•If I am able to still take you, a late fee is applied to your service total.
•This does not mean deliberately show up late, still plan to be on time!
No Call, No Show
•NO RESCHEDULE! You will be banned from booking.
